• Our first meeting of the 2026/2027 season was highlighted by our annual Buy/Sell event which saw several items change hands.

• Tere reviewed the procedure for entering our monthly Photo Challenges by explaining the restrictions on post processing. She made note that A.I. generated images are not permitted, nor is replacing, adding or removing existing pixels using A.I. allowed. Thrift Store Finds – submit by November 14
Macro/Closeup – submit by January 16
Long Exposure – submit by March 13
Describe In Three Words Or Less – submit by April 11

• Our next meeting will be a live get-together at Grace Christian Reformed Church, 255 Tweedsmuir Ave. West, Chatham at 7 PM when Julie Faas will show us how to use the Free Transform tool in Photoshop and Dave Noordhoff will introduce some new features of that program. We will also view a very informative video about Selecting Shutter Speed.
