The Stan C Reade Photo Day is this Sunday at the Elsie Perrin Estate near the University of Western Ontario in London Ontario. A reminder about the meeting Saturday at 11:00am at the Chatham Chrysler Dealership Boardroom. Please make sure Glen has your photos from the Parrot shoot in his posession before Friday so he can get them onto a CD. Also, if you want to show a few, he will need to know which ones, and get them onto the laptop.

This time around we celebrate Herman Giethoorn, a long standing Member of the Chatham Camera Club. Although a man of many Photographic skills we concentrate this “Photo in Focus” on his skills as a “Macro” expert. Congratulation Herman!

A warm welcome to our 2 new members that participated in Mondays parrot shoot, Larry Broadbent and George Sabitz. Larry is a past member of the Camera Club and has joined the digital revolution. His main interest is in nature and macro photography. George likes to travel.

We had a very good turnout at the C-K Parrot Club in Blenheim. There were 13 members taking pictures. The parrots looked like they enjoyed the attention and were not bothered by the strong light of the flash. A meeting with members of the Parrot Club to view the exposures will be held Saturday, June 9th, at 11am at the Chrysler dealership in Chatham.
